Authentic Chicago deep dish pizza! We'd done our on-line homework beforehand and found that Pizano's was the local long-time favorite, and it was incredible. The crispy yet thick crust was topped with a thick layer of cheese, then a little tomato and finally topped off with pepperoni. We don't want to start a pizza war, but we liked this even more than the New York Pizza (shhhhh...)
