Montezuma Castle (also built and occupied by the Sinagua) sits high in the safety and natural insulation of the cliffs. It was incorrectly named by the modern day discoverer who thought he had found the home of the Aztec ruler. In reality, Montezuma never made it this far north and the structure preceded him by ~300 years.
