Description
Create a beautiful quilled peacock feather in this relaxing and creative paper quilling workshop on July 25th from 1–4 PM. Using a variety of paper quilling techniques, students will create colorful feather-inspired designs rich with texture and detail. This class is open to all experience levels, from complete beginners to experienced quillers, and all supplies are included.
