From ages 2-7, Lincoln and his family lived in this cabin in nearby Knob Creek. His earliest memories were from this location, and this is where he first attended school. Due to a flaw in the land title, the family was evicted in 1816. They then said goodbye to their last Kentucky home and made their way further North to Indiana.
